  2.     DISK USAGE INFORMATION BY GROUPS
  3.  
  4.     The disk usage summaries are based on previously taken disk
  5.     snapshots. Consequently, the displayed data may not be current. To
  6.     rebuild the disk snapshots before the summary is made, click on the
  7.     Rebuild button in the previous window.

  9.     Within the Disk Usage Information By Group window, you now have the
  10.     following options:
  11.  
  12.     + View Files View a list of files owned by the group(s) and perform
  13.       further operations on them
  14.     + Compare Snapshots Compare the current snapshot to a previously
  15.       saved one
  16.     + Save Snapshots Save the current snapshot
  17.     + Graph Graph the disk usage of the group(s)

  19.     View Files

  21.     By highlighting specific Groupname entries and clicking on the View
  22.     Files button, you can view a list of files owned by the highlighted
  23.     users and then manipulate the file characteristics. For more
  24.     details, refer to "View Files" on page 5-9.

  26.     Compare Snapshots

  28.     You can compare the state of the current partition (snapshot) to
  29.     that of one from a previous moment in time. You are able to view
  30.     summaries of changes, see detailed lists of changes, and look for
  31.     changes based on a search criteria. To compare an existing snapshot
  32.     to a previously saved one, highlight the disk partitions
  33.     (filesystems) you want to compare and click on the Compare Snapshot
  34.     button to run the comparison. For more details, see "Compare
  35.     Snapshots" on page 5-28.

  37.     Save Snapshots

  39.     To save existing snapshots, highlight the disk partitions you want
  40.     to save and click on the Save Snapshot button to create a dynamic
  41.     new snapshot. For more details, see "Save Current Snapshots" on page
  42.     5-26.

  46.     To graph the disk usage summary by group, highlight the information
  47.     you wish to view and then click on the Graph button. A window will
  48.     appear displaying the highlighted items in a graphical format.
